Reactivate an Existing Inactive Major

To reactivate a major in the AdmissionPros CRM, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the AdmissionPros CRM using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Codes Management section.
  3. Select the Major Codes option from the menu.
  4. Identify the student type associated with the major you wish to inactivate.
  5. Uncheck the Inactivate button next to the major.
  6. Ensure the the Can Appy-Web and Can Prospect-Web buttons are checked.
  7. Save your changes to finalize the process.
  8. Repeat these steps if you need to reactivate a major for another student type. 

Important Note: Reactivating a major in AdmissionPros will immediately display the major on the AdmissionPros web application. If you are using third-party application services, such as CommonApp, ensure that you also reactivate the major on those platforms to maintain consistency.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage and update the availability of majors in your system, ensuring alignment across all platforms.
