Campus Tour Slot Create – Quick Guide

(for building tour slots available for online registration)

Visit Management/Campus Tours

NOTE:  The steps below result in tour slots being built en masse.  Tour slots will be specific to the criteria defined, so be careful to define the criteria correctly.

• Click NEW.  On the screen returned
  • Select tour type
  • Indicate tour limit (maximum capacity, including guests)
  • Enter start date (the beginning date of the tour slots you want to build)
  • Enter end date (the end date of the tour slots you want to build)
  • VMLink – only used for virtual tour type
  • Enter tour time (up to 5 per day)
  • Select the days of the week
    
    
    • Example 1:  If tours are consistently offered at 9AM and 2PM every day of the week, enter those two tour times and select Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
      
      
    • Example 2:  If tours are offered at 9 AM on Monday, Wed, and Friday, and then at 2 PM on Tuesday and Thursday, first build the 9 AM slots and then go through steps again to build the 2 PM slots. 
      
      
  • Click CREATE ... all tour slots defined will be built in mass per criteria specified.
