Document Uploads
There are several ways to upload documents to the AdmissionPros platform. Please review each option below.
Loose File Drawer - All Document Types
The Loose File Drawer is an efficient way to upload multiple PDF documents simultaneously. This comes in handy when students or counselors send documents directly to you via email.
Uploading your documents through the Loose File Drawer offers staff the flexibility of adding transcripts and other files like passports, financial statements, letters of recommendation, etc. to their AP system. Review how to upload your documents through the loose file drawer HERE.
Education Record - Transcript Uploads
There are two ways to add a high school or college transcript to AdmissionPros. One way is directly through the student’s education record. The other way is through the Loose File Drawer. Please review the knowledgebase article on Loose File Drawer uploads for more details.
Education record transcript uploads are personable as you must access the student’s specific education record to add the transcript PDF file. Review how to upload transcripts from the education record HERE.
Documents Tab - All Documents EXCEPT Transcripts
The Documents Tab is personable as you must access the student's record directly to add the file. The document tab allows file uploads of any type with the exception of transcripts. High School and College transcripts cannot be uploaded via the document tab. High School and College Transcripts must be uploaded via the student’s education record. Note that while you cannot upload high school or college transcripts via the documents tab, you can upload foreign-evaluated transcripts that have been evaluated by a trusted evaluation agency like WES using the documents tab. Review how to upload files using the documents tab HERE.
