Aggregate Query

Clients can create two types of queries in AdmissionPros: Aggregate queries and Select queries. Aggregate queries are used to capture raw numbers for specific data points. Unlike select queries, you are not able to see student names and other personal information like email and contact numbers for the data returned in an aggregate query allowing you to focus on the numbers themselves. Aggregate queries are used most often for year-over-year comparisons or very specific inquiries like the number of students interested in specific majors as an example.  Please review the video below on how to create an Aggregate query
